Delivery & Returns Policy

UK Next day delivery - if item is in stock and the order is placed online before 4.30pm* Monday - Friday

2 Day Delivery - if item is in stock and the order is placed after 4.30pm

5 - 7 working days - for items not in stock**

* Please note deliveries to Ireland, the Highlands or other remote areas may take slightly longer

** subject to availabllity in Germany.  Delivery will be confirmed via email.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item unused and in original condition with packaging intatct, within 14 working days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  

For items held over 14 days, return of goods shall be subject to prior written agreement and down to the sole discretion of Guhring Limited.  

The Customer will inspect the Goods as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and will notify the Company by e-mail of any shortages, defects in the Goods or any other complaint in respect of them within 14 days. If the Customer fails to comply Guhring will not be held legally liable in respect of any other complaint which should have been brought to our attention within this period.

When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return.
